Recruiting and strategically placed 10 Emirati women to strengthen company’s nationalization efforts: Helped increase the number of local employees by hiring 10 Emirati women for our company. I carefully matched each candidate to the right department based in their skills. It was a challenging process since some fields were full but we managed it and it strengthened our team and support ed the company’s nationalization goals.
